Think that Hanoi Crystal is beyond compare. Helpful staff and the place was very clean. Loved that there was Bun Cha Ta with short-orders a short walk to the venue, super convenient. Receptionist is the best ever!

there was a great dining option, always cafe, only 200 metres from the hotel. this time it was an excellent stay for us. no complaints considering moderate prices. useful base for a weekend in hanoi.
